A personal note to 2020

2020 was my best year, and it’s funny because it wasn’t the easiest mentally, emotionally, or economically. But it gave me clarity and put me to the test; gave me the ability to create new visions; made me stronger mentally and intellectually; taught me how to manage pressure, and more importantly, taught me patience and attacked my ego. It’s the year that exposed a lot of imperfection and brought them to my awareness. I am grateful for such a year- ironically :)

But it didn’t stop there- It taught me that I could fail and it’s absolutely ok. It reinforced the idea of dedication, persistence, and repetition. It taught me that success is built on the back of multi failures.

Then it went on to teach me that friends and family are important and dedicating time for such relationships is equally as important as ambition. I still fail in this department though (lol), but I will do better.

It taught me that work never ends and priority is key, and everything you take as a priority; you’ll find time for- excuses are just lame.

I could write an entire book on 2020 and the pressure of being 30. But I will stop here. :)

What has 2020 taught you?
